Senior High Summer School

Next Step Outreach Summer School offers a supportive, alternative school program for students seeking a non-traditional, individualized program to meet their learning needs.

Next Step Summer School provides students with:

  • the flexibility of individualized schedules and assistance
  • the opportunity to take responsibility for their own education and to experience success
  • an encouraging, experienced and respectful staff with subject expertise
  • a safe, comfortable environment
  • affordable courses
  • morning/ afternoon/ evening course assistance

General Information

Next Step's Summer School offers courses that students can work on independently with teacher assistance.  Due dates for materials will be discussed at an orientation meeting. Typically, students complete one summer course, but it is possible to complete more than one course if a student is motivated.  Summer school courses must be completed by the end of July.
