Today Next Step is having fun for our mental and physical health!

 

Why is laughter the best medicine?

Relaxes the body

Boosts immune system

Releases endorphins

Protects the heart

 

Today’s activities:

Yoga  1:30 – 2:30

Friday Fun Games  2:30 – 3:00
