Mindfulness Monday

As part of our Mental Health Week Activities, Monday will have a focus on mindfulness.

Mindfulness is about living fully in the present moment, without judgement, and with an attitude of kindness and curiosity. Check out this brochure for Mindfulness suggestions!

Mindfulness helps:

  • Improve test performance
  • Improve concentration
  • Reduce the symptoms of anxiety, stress, and depression
  • Increase immune function
  • Reduce levels of cortisol (the stress hormone)

Today’s activities:

  • Yoga 11:00 – 12:00
  • Mindful Mandal Coloring 1:37 – 2:00
  • Running Club 3:00 – 3:30
