This month Sherwood Park will be practicing yoga, thanks to our certified yoga teacher and SPO staff member Kathryn! Students will be challenged to test their flexibility, strength and balance through a series of introductory classes. The sessions will explore a wide range of yoga postures in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. Students will also investigate how breath affects both their physical and mental well-being. Yoga will be held at SPO in the back room from January 14th to March 3. Check the calendar for details!
All students whether they are in PhysEd or not are encouraged to come on out to participate in our weekly yoga sessions!
