NSO Weekly Jan 8-13

Hey all, Happy New Year! Please see the link for the NSO Weekly Jan 8-13 with all the latest important information. Next Step Motto: Small steps are still progress!

I hope this email finds you well-rested and rejuvenated after the festive holiday season. As we bid farewell to the old year and welcome the new one, I am filled with excitement and optimism for what 2024 has in store for us. As of Monday, there are only 11 Instructional days remaining in semester 1, for non-diploma courses. Diploma Exam Part A ELA 30-1/2 (Wednesday) and Social 30-1/2 (Thursday) go this week!

I want to extend a warm welcome back to all our students and families. Your presence is the heartbeat of our school, and we have missed you dearly. The New Year is a time for new beginnings, setting goals, and embracing challenges. It’s a fresh start, a blank page, and an opportunity to write a new chapter in your educational journey. I encourage each of you to set personal and academic goals for the year ahead. Remember, the entire school community is here to support you in achieving them.

As we return to our classrooms, let’s continue to foster a culture of kindness, respect, and inclusivity. Let’s make our school a place where everyone feels welcome and where every student has the opportunity to thrive. We have many exciting events and activities planned for this year, keep an eye on our school calendar and Weekly News link for updates.

Lastly, I want to remind everyone that the well-being of our students and staff is our top priority. If you have any concerns or need support, please do not hesitate to reach out to your teachers, school counselor, success coaches, or administration. We are here for you. Let's make 2024 a remarkable year, filled with learning, growth, and memorable moments. Welcome back, and let’s hit the ground running!
